Molecule
Terms of Service
Last updated and effective: July 27, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Radish Retail, LLC("Radish", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Molecule mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Molecule is an adult-only app that deals with self-administered injections. Users under 18 are prohibited.
3. What Molecule Is, and What It Is Not
3.1 What Molecule does
Molecule is a calculator and a logbook. It converts numbers you enter, namely vial size, diluent volume, and target dose, into a draw volume in insulin units. It stores vial records, a dose log, dosing schedules, reminders, optional progress photos, and a reference catalog of compounds with educational guides.
3.2 Not medical advice
Molecule is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in it is a recommendation to obtain, possess, or administer any substance. Consult a licensed clinician before starting, changing, or stopping anything. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Molecule.
3.3 The catalog is reference, not a protocol
The reference catalog describes compounds people ask about. Typical dosing ranges shown there exist so the calculator can flag an arithmetic error, such as milligrams entered where micrograms were meant. They are deliberately wide, they are drawn from commonly reported vendor and community figures rather than clinical guidance, and they are not a recommended dose for you or anyone.
Most research peptides are not approved for human use in any jurisdiction. Some compounds in the catalog are prescription drugs that are lawful to use only under a valid prescription. Molecule lists them because people who have been prescribed them still need reconstitution math. Listing a compound is not a statement that it is safe, effective, legal where you live, or appropriate for you.
3.4 You are responsible for verifying every dose
Calculations are only as correct as the numbers you type. Verify every result independently before drawing or administering anything. A mistyped vial size, diluent volume, unit, or decimal point will produce a confident and wrong answer. Do not rely on Molecule as the sole check on a dose.
3.5 Assumption of risk
You acknowledge that obtaining and self-administering substances carries risks including infection, injury, adverse reaction, interaction with other substances, and legal consequences, and that those risks are yours alone. You are solely responsible for what you obtain, what you administer, and for complying with the laws that apply to you.
3.6 Service availability
We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue a feature at any time. Third-party outages, maintenance, bugs, capacity limits, security controls, and app-store requirements may interrupt availability.
4. Accounts
4.1 Guest and registered accounts
Molecule works without an account. You may also create or sign into an account using Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in in order to sync your records between your own devices. You are responsible for securing your device and provider accounts and for activity performed through your Molecule account.
4.2 Account deletion
Email privacy@radish.software to delete your account. Deletion removes associated server records where technically supported, except for limited information retained for law, security, fraud prevention, accounting, backups, disputes, or transaction records.
Deleting your Molecule account does not cancel an App Store subscription. You must cancel through Apple account settings to stop future renewal.
5. Molecule Pro
5.1 Access
Molecule Pro unlocks the app. The exact benefits, limits, price, billing period, and any offer are shown before purchase and may change for future subscription periods as permitted by Apple and applicable law.
5.2 Auto-renewing subscriptions
Molecule Pro is offered through auto-renewing App Store subscriptions, including monthly and yearly options where available. Apple charges the price and billing period shown on the purchase screen. The subscription renews automatically until canceled through Apple. Taxes and localized pricing may vary by storefront.
5.3 Trials and offers
A free trial, introductory price, promotional offer, or win-back offer applies only if it is displayed to you and Apple confirms eligibility. The purchase screen controls the actual duration, price, and conversion terms. If an offer converts to a paid subscription, cancel through Apple before the conversion or renewal time shown by Apple to avoid the next charge.
5.4 Cancellation, restore, and refunds
Manage, change, or cancel your subscription in Apple account settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Restore Purchases asks Apple and RevenueCat to associate an eligible prior purchase with your current Molecule account. Billing disputes and App Store refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms; Radish cannot directly issue an App Store refund. Where Apple requests consumption information to evaluate a refund, we may respond as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your Content
6.1 User Content
"User Content" includes vial records, dose log entries, schedules, notes, custom compounds, progress photos, and other content you create through the Service.
6.2 License needed to operate Molecule
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Radish a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display User Content solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service, including through the service providers disclosed in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your records and do not use them to train publicly released AI models. Progress photos are never uploaded to us at all.
6.3 Aggregated and de-identified information
We may create aggregated or de-identified statistics and use them for product improvement, analytics, research, and business planning, provided the information cannot reasonably identify you.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- violate a law, regulation, or third-party right;
- obtain, distribute, or administer a controlled or prescription substance unlawfully;
- provide dosing instructions or medical advice to another person through the Service;
- log or manage doses for a minor;
- misrepresent identity, age, subscription status, or eligibility;
- reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or extract source code;
- automate, scrape, overload, probe, or abuse the Service or its APIs;
- bypass subscription gates, rate limits, feature flags, security controls, or entitlements;
- submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or deceptive content;
- resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission.
We may suspend, terminate, rate-limit, or block accounts, devices, or requests that violate these Terms or threaten the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with providers such as Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, PostHog, Vercel, and Expo/EAS. Your use of a third-party destination may be governed by its terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party products, content, policies, outages, pricing, or claims.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the Molecule and Radish names, logos, interface, artwork, copy, code, catalog content, guides, and underlying technology, is owned by Radish or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Radish a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CALCULATIONS, DOSING RANGES, CATALOG INFORMATION, GUIDES, EXPIRY ESTIMATES, REMINDERS, OR ANY OTHER OUTPUT ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SAFE FOR YOUR PURPOSES. Reminders depend on device notification delivery and may be delayed, suppressed, or missed. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RADISH, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID RADISH THROUGH THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, including for personal injury or gross negligence, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Radish and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your User Content, your use or misuse of the Service, any substance you obtain or administer, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for Radish or others, abused the Service, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or legally feasible. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive. Account termination does not cancel an App Store subscription.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
For U.S. residents, you and Radish agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property infringement.
You and Radish agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, consolidated, private-attorney-general, or representative action.
You may opt out of arbitration and the class-action waiver by emailing legal@radish.software within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Include your name, the email associated with your account if any, and a clear statement that you opt out.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will provide notice by email, in-app notice, app update notes, or another reasonable method where required. Your continued use after the new effective date means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
16. Miscellaneous
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement.
- If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
- Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or by operation of law.
- We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
- You may not use the Service where prohibited by sanctions or export laws.
